Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca located at Green Valley Ranch Resort Spa & Casino will be providing holiday dinner options for dine-in and takeout. The special to-go menu for two is available for pre-order while supplies last starting at $55 is the perfect option for a seductive night at home. The menu includes their famous focaccia bread, set of two appetizers including their savory meatballs served in warm gravy alongside a colorful heirloom tomato caprese to start. For the main course, savor the taste of Italy with Bottiglia’s chicken parm served in a bed of marinara paired perfectly with their signature tagliatelle bolognese. For dessert, smite your lover with their rich and decadent chocolate budino and hazelnut shortbread cookies to end your night. For those opting to dine-in, Bottiglia will offer a prix-fixe menu along with their regular offerings for $65 per guest. Menu highlights include arugula salad and homemade potato gnocchi with shaved pork belly and grana padano sauce for appetizers. Entrees diners have their choice of seared branzino with snap peas poached potatoes and tomato broth, crusted rack of lamb with romanesco, endive and lamb jus or king crab tagliatelle with wild mushrooms and truffle cream. Share the love with their chocolate cloud cake served with fresh strawberries, basil gelato and meringue for dessert.

Hearthstone Kitchen & Cellar located at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa will offer a variety of selections for the special holiday for dine-in and takeout. The Valentine’s to-go menu is now available for pre-order till supplies last starting at $125 and features jumbo lump crab cakes, two spinach salads, two t-bone steaks with lobster mac and cheese and grilled asparagus and chocolate cake served with strawberries for dessert. Guests looking to dine-in will have their choice of Hearthstone’s holiday offerings paired alongside the regular menu. Dishes include poached buttered lobster tartare ($20) to start, chicken roulade ($40) with truffle mushroom duxelle over a bed of parmesan risotto or Chilean sea bass ($40) with king crab beurre blanc for the main courses followed by a raspberry mousse cake ($16) for dessert.  

Borracha Mexican Cantina, located at the luxurious Green Valley Ranch Resort Spa & Casino will offer a variety of selections for the intimate holiday for dine-in guests. Spice up the night with Borracha’s special Valentine’s Day menu served in tandem with the regular offerings on Sunday, February 14 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The lover’s day menu includes grilled octopus served with chorizo, potatoes, jalapeno aioli and topped with micro cilantro. For the main course opt for the lobster and crab enchiladas with Maine lobster, crab and tomatillo salsa verde. For dessert Borracha treat your date to a smooth, soft and creamy red velvet flan with fresh strawberries.

Located at the Grand Canal Shoppes inside The Venetian Resort Las Vegas, The X Pot, will host a one-of-a-kind Valentine’s Day Dinner experience, which includes an impressive tasting menu, hundreds of roses and robot servers. Valentine’s Day should be enjoyed by all even during the Coronavirus pandemic. The X Pot is allowing guests to do so in a safe and responsible way, while still enjoying the excitement of dining in a world class environment. The X Pot takes all the necessary steps to ensure that their guests feel safe and have an enjoyable dining experience. The robot servers, which debuted last summer, ensure social distancing and are an innovative way to enjoy contactless dining. For $214, two guests will be presented with delicious food that is served with gorgeous edible rose petals.
